I was looking for a place close to home to get massage and facial. This place gets really good reviews so I went here for a facial on Nov 9th 2017. I have no problem with my skin. I just gets facial often to maintain. They advised me to get a chemical peel to fade some minor freckles that I have. When they perform the peel, my skin burn really bad. I told them the level of pain was almost 9/10. They kept going with the treatment, reassured me that's normal. I asked to stop half way through as my pain was getting unbearable. My skin peeled extensively 5 days after, I was worried and went back. They said it was a good sign. I followed their exact direction for after care and when my skin all peeled, there were some not smooth skin surface and what looked like scars to me. I came back again and she assured me she did it so many times and she knows what she was doing, she has seen it before and it would take a little time, my skin will be back to normal. 3 months later, i went back again last week as the scars have not faded. She shrugged her shoulders and her answer was "I've never seen it happened before. There's nothing i can do and go see a dermatologist" I received compliments everywhere i went before as i took really good care of my skin and now more than self-conscious because of the scars.
